This policy explains, in plain language, what data AI CFO Cockpit uses, why, and how you stay in control of it.
1. Data we collect
Account: name, email and password (your password is protected; no one on our team can see it).
Boards: the amounts, categories, bills, goals and notes you enter yourself.
Payments: handled by Stripe. The Cockpit never receives or stores your card number.
2. What we don't collect
We never ask for your bank login, never connect bank accounts and never ask for card details inside the Cockpit.
In Black Box we don't ask for or store anything about your personal situation: the details stay in the consultation.
3. How we use it
To run the Cockpit (show and calculate your board), bill your subscription, provide support and send notices about your account.
We don't sell your data, and we don't use your financial numbers for advertising.
4. Who helps us run the Cockpit
Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (website hosting) and Stripe (payments). They process data only to provide those services.
5. Security and isolation
Every account sees only its own data: the database enforces isolation rules on every table. Our admin team does not read your financial data; exceptional access requires a reason, a time limit and an audit record.
6. Your rights
You can view, correct, download (Export button) and delete your data, and close your account anytime.

7. How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists. After a deletion request we erase your data, except what the law requires us to keep (such as payment records).
8. Cookies
We only use the cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your language. No advertising cookies inside the Cockpit.
