1. What the Cockpit is

The Cockpit is a financial organization, tracking and education tool. You enter your own numbers, and the app organizes them and calculates totals on boards, columns and cards.

The Cockpit is not a bank, broker, investment adviser, accounting firm or law firm.

2. The Cockpit does not move money

The Cockpit makes no payments, transfers or debits, and it does not connect to your bank account.

The Pay and Receive buttons and the Autopay label only help you mark and organize your bills. The actual payment is always made by you, at your bank.

3. Not advice

Numbers, charts, alerts, debt diagnoses and calculators are educational estimates based on what you entered. They are not financial, legal, tax or investment advice.

For important decisions, talk to a licensed professional such as an accountant, attorney or financial planner.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for the information you put in the Cockpit. Use accurate information when you sign up.

The Cockpit is for people 18 and older.

5. Plans, free trial and cancellation

Premium and Elite Business are monthly or yearly subscriptions billed through Stripe. Only Premium has a 14-day free trial; if you don't cancel before it ends, billing starts automatically. Elite Business is billed from the day you subscribe.

Monomotor (the Notion template) is a one-time payment and includes the basic Cockpit forever: log what comes in and what goes out on your personal board. Other features stay locked and are unlocked with Premium or Elite Business.

You can switch plans or cancel anytime from the Billing button. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. Prices may change, always with advance notice.

6. Money-back guarantee

Subscriptions (Premium and Elite Business, monthly or yearly): if you're not satisfied, request a refund within 30 days of your first charge and we'll refund 100% of what you paid. No questions asked.

Monomotor (the Notion template): 100% refund if you ask within 7 days of purchase.

Black Box (one-time consultation): 100% refund if you ask before the consultation takes place.

How to ask: email hello@elevaflix.com from the email on your account. The money goes back to the same card through Stripe and usually shows up on your statement in 5 to 10 business days. Once refunded, the subscription is canceled.

This guarantee does not limit any rights you already have under the law.

7. Black Box · Freedom Savings

The Black Box consultation ($10.99) is a one-time payment for an informational conversation about the program. Partner professionals (attorney, accountant, therapists) are independent, hired directly by you and responsible for their own work.

The program never holds or invests your money: your savings always stay in an account in your name.

8. Acceptable use

Don't use the Cockpit for anything illegal, and don't try to access other people's data, copy the app or disrupt it.

9. Your data and our content

The data you put in the Cockpit is yours. The brand, design, templates and code belong to Creatorflix.

10. Limitation of liability

We work hard to keep the Cockpit running and calculating correctly, but it is provided as is. Creatorflix is not responsible for decisions made based on the Cockpit's numbers or for values entered incorrectly.
